Leadership Team


Jon was a key contributor at K2 Technologies, Inc., a Stanford University spinout that grew from a 5 person firm to a 45 person profitable company before being acquired less than 2 years from founding. Jon also worked as a civil engineer at the multi-national URS Corporation and the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries, as a licensed Professional Engineer in California and Oregon. He received his B.S. from Stanford University in civil engineering and engineering geology (dual degree), M.S. in civil engineering from the University of Washington, and MBA from the University of Oregon, Reims School of Management (in France), and London Business School.


Part of the original HP PC and notebook teams, he was most recently responsible for Strategic Business Planning & Marketing of HP's $7B-plus Inkjet Supplies Business, along with the overall Inkjet Printer strategy. Under his direction, and working with worldwide partners, HP developed and deployed numerous innovative inkjet products and programs. Andy holds BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Rochester and University of Illinois respectively.




At Hewlett Packard, Janet's experiences spanned sales, marketing, and product development in the new business areas of 3D graphics, engineering workstation software, integrated circuits, thermal inkjet OEM licensing, commercial printing, and retail photo. As a Sales Account Manager, Janet managed multi-million dollar quotas with national retailers including Walgreens, CVS, and Rite-Aid. Janet received a B.S. in Business from Linfield College with coursework in computer science from Oregon State University and patent law at the University of Oregon Law School.




With Kevin's leadership, Perpetua's products are brought to market following rigorous testing to ensure these products exhibit the highest quality possible, and lead the industry in innovation, ease of installation, operation, and long life. Prior to 15 years at InFocus, Kevin held software engineering positions with IIMorrow Inc., Peek Traffic, and Boeing Aerospace & Electronics. Kevin has patents in advanced network systems, network asset management, user interface applications, and streaming video technologies. Kevin earned a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology, with majors in software engineering and digital electronics. Kevin also served on the Board of Directors for the Motorola/InFocus Motif joint venture.


Nick has led the creation of several major new businesses including notebook computers, personal digital assistants, and internet sales and support; has created new business models; and has managed large and complex organizations. He attended Stanford University where he earned a B.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. Mr. Fowler sits on the Boards of several businesses as well as charitable and non-profit organizations.
